1 head of cauliflower, de- stemmed and broken into florets
2 tbsp avocado oil or coconut oil

Directions:
Directions:
Add cauliflower florets to food processor or blender. Pulse the cauliflower for 1-2 min or until the florets have been processed into a consistency that looks like rice be careful to not over process. Heat cooking oil in a pan over medium heat. Add cauliflower to the pan and cook for 7-10 min. Continue to stir so the cauliflower doesn't brown or burn.
