1/4 c. chili powder
2 Tbsp. ground cumin
2 Tbsp. ground oregano
2 Tbsp. dried minced onion
2 Tbsp. seasoned salt
2 Tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. dried minced garlic

Directions:
Directions:
Stir together all ingredients. Store in an airtight container up to 4 months at room temperature. Shake or stir well before using. Makes about 1 1/2 cups.

Use this in your favorite chili recipe, about 1/3 cup per 2 lb. of meat.
