Ingredients:  
2 cups flour
2 tsp baking powder
3/4 tsp red pepper
1/2 tsp salt

3 T shortening
1/2 to 1 cup of shredded cheese (divide this into two portions)
3/4 cup milk
1 TBS milk

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Mix dry ingredients together. Cut shortening into dry ingredients. Stir in half of the cheese. Add milk until dry ingredients are moistened. Form a ball then roll into a ten inch square onto a greased cookie sheet. Brush with 1 TBS milk and top with remaining cheese.

Bake 12-15 minutes. Cut into triangles.
