1/2 pound Brunschweiger
2 hard boiled eggs
2 TBS finely minced onion
Pinch of Salt
Mayonnaise to moisten spread (don't substitute Miracle Whip)

Directions:
Directions:
Mash Braunschweigher with fork. Combine other ingredients and add mayonnaise. Mixture should be rather dry.

I loved this and was happy to run across it in Mom's box. I remember eating it on toast! It wasn't until Rob Gevers became a part of the family that I met someone who loved Brunschweigher too!!!!!
