1 1/2 pints of Ricotta
1 pint Sour Cream
2 8oz packages of Cream Cheese
1 1/2 Cups Sugar
5 Tbls Flour
1 tsp Vanilla
6 Eggs
Cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Soften Cream Cheese to room temp

Mix all ingredients by hand until no lumps

Grease and flour a 3 quart baking dish or 9x12 in cake pan

pour into pan and sprinkle with Cinnamon before baking and after

Do not preheat oven. Just bake at 350 for 1 hour

This is a favorite childhood desert we used to buy at the corner bakery in Phoenixville and one day my neighbor in North Wales gave me a 1/4 of her cake and it tasted just like I remembered, so I got this recipe from my neighbor Carol Mayall
