2 c. fresh spinach
16 oz. container of classic hummus
2 tsp. Creole seasoning
1 c. shredded white cheddar

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375F.
2. Chop spinach into fine shreds.
3. Combine hummus, spinach, seasoning, and 1/2 of the shredded cheese in a small casserole dish (about 9x9 in.) Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
4. Bake for 20-25 minutes. Cheese should be melted and hummus hot. Serve with pita wedges or tortilla chips.
