1 loaf sturdy white bread
6 eggs
2 1/2 cups milk
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 cups fresh or frozen berries (not strawberries)
1/4 cup jam of choice
1 stick butter
3/4 cup brown sugar

Cut bread into 1" cubes and spread in 9X13 pan. Beat together eggs, milk, cinnamon, vanilla and 1/4 c. brown sugar. Pour over bread and let sit for 15 minutes.
Add fruit to bread mix and dot with jam
In a small saucepan melt 1 stick butter and add 3/4 cup brown sugar. Boil until fully incorporated. Pour evenly over bread and fruit.
Bake at 410º for 40-45 minutes until puffed and bubbly

This recipe is from the Inn at Huntingfield Creek where Amanda and Chris were married! They served this bread pudding the morning after the wedding and immediately we all asked for the recipe - which they were happy to share!
