Cheese Cake Recipe

4 1/2 (8 oz) Philadelphia Cream Cheese
6 Eggs
1 1/8 cup Sugar (1 cup plus 2 Tbls)
1 1/2 tsp Vanilla
1 1/2 pints Sour Cream
1/4 cup plus 2 Tbls Sugar

2 1/2 cups Graham Cracker Crumbs
1/2 cup Butter, melted
1/2 cup Sugar

Preheat oven to 350. Grease springform pan. Line bottom and sides with Graham cracker crust. Cream together cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar. Add eggs one at a time. Add vanilla. Beat until smooth. Pour into crust and bake for 30-40 minutes.
Mix sour cream and sugar. Pour over hot cheese cake. Return to oven for 15 minutes. Let cool and then place in refrigerator and chill.
