1 can new potatoes, rinsed, grated
1 cup or more shredded cheese
1/3 small carton sour cream
2-3 chopped green onions
season salt to taste
pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Mix and pour in greased casserole, top with butter.
Bake at 350 about 30 minutes until bubbly.
