2 RED PEPPERS SLICED THINNLY
1/2 CUP RICE COOKED
1 LB GROUND BEEF
1 SMALL CAN OF MUSHROOMS
1 TSP WORCHESTERSHIRE SAUCE
1 CUP SHREDDED CHEDDAR CHEESE
1 CUP SHREDDED MOZZERELLA CHEESE
1 SMALL ONION DICED
1 CAN DICED TOMATOES
1 CAN TOMATO SAUCE

Directions:
BROWN GROUND MEAT AND ONION IN SAUCE PAN DRAIN OFF GREASE ADD MUSHROOMS, PEPPERS AND SEASONINGS, ADD TOMATOES AND TOMATO SAUCE. LET SIMMER FOR 25-30 MINUTES, ADD COOKED RICE AND CHEESE STIR WELL TILL CHEESE IS MELTED. GREAT FOR CROCKPOT MEAL.
