1 pkg. frozen blueberries (16oz.)
1/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 1/2 tbsp. cornstarch
2 tsp. vanilla
1 frozen reduced fat pie crust
1 c. low-fat granola

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425, place baking sheet in oven while preheating
Toss blueberries, sugar , lemon juice, cornstarch and vanilla together,
Spoon blueberry mixture into pie crust, place on heated baking sheet.
Bake 20 minutes. Sprinkle granola evenly over pie, Bake an additional 20 minutes or until pie is bubbly.
