1 pd. ground beef
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1 (16 oz can tomatoes
8 oz. cheese ( cheddar or Mexican style)
6 flour tortillas
1 can re fried beans

salsa
sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350
Cook ground beef and drain, add taco seasoning per directions, add can of tomatoes, simmer 15 minutes.

In a round casserole dish, layer one flour tortilla, then re fried beans, meat mixture cheese. continue until casserole dish is full. Make sure cheese is on top.
Bake 30 minutes Cut like a pie and serve with salsa and sour cream on top.
