3 links Italian Sausage
2-3 Potatoes, sliced
1 Onion, chopped
6 slices Bacon
1 1/2 tsp. Garlic, minced
2 cups Kale, shredded
2 Tbsp. Chicken Bouillon powder
1 qt. water
1/3 cup cream

Directions:
Directions:
Fry bacon in large saucepan until browned and remove. Remove sausage from casing and fry in bacon drippings with onion and adding garlic to cook for 1 minute. Add bouillon, water and potatoes and simmer for 15-20 minutes. Add kale, crumbled bacon and cream and simmer for 4-8 more minutes and serve.
