1 Onion, chopped
1/2 cup Butter
3/4 cup Flour
3 cups Chicken Broth
3/4 cup Sherry
12 oz. Crab
3 cups Cream
2 Tbsp. Tomato Paste
Salt & Pepper to taste

Directions:
Saute onion in butter in stockpot. Stir in flour and cook until bubbly. Stir in broth and cook until thick. Stir in sherry and crab, cover and simmer 15 minutes. Stir in remaining ingredients. Heat and serve.
