1 egg, slightly beaten
1 lb sausage (choose a spicy or mild sausage according to taste)
1/2 cup herb stuffing mix (like Stove Top)
1/2 teaspoon sage
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup ketchup
1/4 cup chili sauce
2 Tablespoons packed brown sugar (or 2 packets Stevia)
1 Tablespoon light soy sauce
1 Tablespoon white viniger

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare a 9 x 13 glass baking dish with cooking spray. Combine egg, sausage, stuffing mix, and sage. Mix and shape into balls (I use a little scoop so they are uniform in size). Combine water, ketchup, chili sauce, brown sugar, and and vinegar then pour over meat balls. Place in baking dish and bake uncovered for 30 -35 minutes. Serve with wooden toothpicks.
