1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon sugar
2 t. baking powder
1/2 t.baking soda
1 cup buttermilk
2 eggs
1 c. creamed corn
2 tablespoons canola oil

1 c. cream starter
1 c. corn

1. Mix together except oil

2. Swirl the oil on pan, then add batter

3. Cook 20 min.
