1 c nuts, almond, pecan, cashew, etc
4 c water

Directions:
Directions:
In a medium sized container put the nuts of choice and 2 cups of cold water. Place in the refrigerator over night. The next day, drain the water from the container. Place the soaked nuts and the remaining 2 cups of cold water into a blender. Blend for a minute or less. Pour blended mixture into a nut bag or cheesecloth capturing the milk that comes from it.
