1/2 cup parmesan cheese
1 egg, beaten
2 Tablespoons parsley

Directions:

Combine ricotta cheese and freshly grated parmesan cheese in a small bowl; stir in egg and chopped fresh parsley.

Blend well. Chill until ready to fill ravioli.
