Orange Sauce:
3/4 cup Orange Juice
2 T. Brown Sugar
1 T. Corn Starch
1 T. Soy Sauce
1 T. Hoisin Sauce
2 T, Rice Vinegar
Marinade:
1/4 cup soy Sauce
1/4 cup Corn Starch
2 T. Water
Directions:
Directions:
1. Cut 2 #'s Chicken into bite size pieces, set aside.

2. In a small bowl mix ingredients for marinade.

3. Pour marinade over chicken and set aside.

Orange Sauce:

1. Whisk together orange juice, brown sugar, cornstarch, soy sauce, hoisin, and vinegar.
