2 - 2 1/2 c flour
2 T sugar
1/2 t salt
1 package yeast
1/2 c milk
1/4 c water
2 T oleo

Directions:
Directions:
Mix 3/4 cups flour, sugar, salt and undissolved yeast. Heat milk, water and oleo to 120 F. Gradually add to dry ingredients and beat 2 minutes at medium speed of mixer. Add 1/4 cup flour. Beat at high speed 2 minutes. Stir in enough additional flour to make soft dough. On a floured board knead 2-3 minutes. Divide dough into 12 equal pieces. Shape into balls and place on greased 8 inch pan.

Pour a 1" depth of boiling water into a large pan on bottom rack of cold oven. Set rolls on rack above water. Cover and close door. Let rise 30 minutes. Uncover rolls and remove water. Heat oven to 375. Bake 20-25 minutes. Remove from pan to cool.
