Directions:
Mix dry ingredients. Make a hole in the middle of your mountain of flour. Add oil and water and start mixing. When dough is firm enough to handle knead it a bit on a flat surface. Break off pieces the size of a golf ball. Make several balls and place them on a floured cookie sheet. Let the balls rest for about 30 minutes to 1 hour and cover with a damp towel. Flour rolling pin and roll balls out about 6" in diameter. Cook on a flat griddle on medium heat. DO NOT OIL THE GRIDDLE. When you see bubbles flip over and press down. Takes about 1 minute on 1st side and 30 seconds on 2nd side.
