2 medium zucchini
6 1/2 oz can crab meat
1 ounce cream cheese softened
1/4 c chopped onion
1/2 medium tomato chopped
1/2 t lemon juice
1 T mayo
Dash liquid smoke
1 c mozzarella cheese shredded

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 350. Cut squash in half length wise. Microwave 3 minutes and scoop pup out of squash. Chop pulp and mix with all ingredients using only 1/2 of the cheese. Fill squash shells with crab meat mixture and place on a baking dish. Top with the rest of the cheese. Bake 20-30 minutes until cheese is lightly brown.
