2 packages 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 cup mayonnaise
1 Tbs. minced onion
1/4 cup minced fresh chives
3-4 oz. blue cheese, crumbled (3/4 to 1 cup)
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 loaf whole wheat bread, very thinly sliced
Paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cream cheese and mayonnaise in a medium bowl. Stir in onion, chives, bleu cheese and cayenne pepper. Set aside.
Using a 1" to 2" round cookie cutter, cut bread slices into rounds.
Spread one tablespoon of cheese mixture on each round.
Place puffs on a baking sheet and freeze. When ready to serve, preheat oven to 350.
Remove baking sheet from freezer.
Bake 15 minutes. Sprinkle with paprika. Serve immediately.
