1 (28 ounce) can sweet potatoes drained
1 c sugar
1 t vanilla
4 eggs
1 c evaporated milk
1/2 to 1 c butter
1 dash cinnamon
2 c brown sugar
1/2 c pecans chopped
1 c flour
1/2 to 1 c butter melted

Directions:
Directions:
Drain liquid from potatoes and place in a large bowl and mix well. Mixture will be runny.

Add sugar, vanilla, eggs, milk, butter and cinnamon. Pour in a baking dish. Top with brown sugar, pecans, flour, melted butter and coconut. Bake at 350 uncovered for 45 minutes.
