1 Pound chicken gizzards washed and seasoned
2 Tablespoons vegetable oil
1 Stalk celery chopped
1 Medium onion chopped
1 Small bell pepper chopped
1 Clove garlic chopped
2 Cups cooked long-grain rice
If needed - 1 Teaspoon cornstarch and 2 teaspoons Kitchen Bouquet©

Directions:
Directions:
Boil gizzards until tender (about 45 minutes)
In a food processor, chop gizzards
In a large skillet over medium/high heat, combine gizzards and seasonings.
Cook for about 20 minutes, stirring
Add 1 1/4 cup of water. (if the mixture is too thin, add cornstarch. If it's too light, add Kitchen Bouquet)
Remove from heat and mix in the cooked rice
