2 Cups all-purpose flour
1 Teaspoon salt
1 Teaspoon baking soda
1 Teaspoon allspice
1 Teaspoon nutmeg
1 Teaspoon cinnamon
2 Cups granulated sugar
1 Cup cooking oil
3 Eggs
1 1/2 Teaspoon vanilla extract
2 Cups buttermilk
1 Cup chopped nuts
1 Cup chopped prunes

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º
Grease and flour a 9x12x2 inch baking pan

Mix and set aside dry ingredients
In a large mixing bowl, combine sugar and oil, adding eggs one at a time and beating well between additions
Add vanilla and milk
Add nuts and prunes
Add dry ingredients

Pour into baking pan and bake for 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in center of cake comes out dry.
