Preheat oven to 375º
Combine flour, baking powder and salt in a bowl.
Add milk and mix by hand.
Add a little water as needed, but avoid making the dough sticky.
Knead dough until smooth, then let it sit for 15 minutes
Knead dough again, roll it and cut it into small portions.
Work each portion into a ball.
Let it rest for 10 minutes.
Flatten each ball and punch the surface with the tip of a fork.
Place in a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until brown.
You may cut some horizontally while warm and butter them.
Serve with jam, jelly or any breakfast or supper meats.
