2 packages (16 oz.) frozen California Blend Vegies.
8 oz. Velveeta Cheese, cubed
6 T. butter
1/2 c. crushed Ritz (about 13 crackers)

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare vegies according to package directions; drain.
Place half in an ungreased 11 X7 x 2inch.dish.
In a small saucepan, combine cheese and 4 T. butter.
Cook and stir over low heat until melted.
Pour half over vegetables.
Repeat Layers.
Melt the remaining butter, toss with cracker crumbs.
Sprinkle on top.
Bake uncovered at 325 for 20-25 min. or until golden brown.
