2 c. raw wild rice
4 c. water
2 tsp. salt
2 lbs. lean ground beef
1 lb. fresh mushrooms
1/2 c. chopped celery
2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. slivered almonds
1 c. cooked white rice
1 can cream mushroom soup
1 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. soy sauce
2 c. sour cream
1/2 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350F, lightly grease 3 qt. casserole.
Gently cook wild rice in water and 2 tsp. salt. Cover for 45 min. and drain. Brown ground beef, rinse mushrooms slice and saute with onions and celery in butter for 5 minutes. Combine soy sauce, sour cream, salt and pepper, add wild rice, beef, onions and celery mixture. Toss lightly. Place in casserole, bake uncovered for 60 minutes. Add water if necessary. Stir.
