1 lb ground beef
1/4 lb sausage(pork or Italian)
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
1 grated onion(med.)
3/4 c. bread crumbs
1 tbsp. Worchester sauce
1 tsp. parsley flakes
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 tsp. salt

Sweet and Sour Sauce
1 Tbsp. oil
1 c. pineapple juice
3 Tbsp. corn starch
3 Tbsp. vinegar
1/3 c. water
1/2 c. white or brown sugar

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350ºF, 15" x 11" cookie pan
Mix all together and make into small balls, put on cookie sheet and brown in oven or brown in fry pan. Put browned meatballs in a crockpot. Mix up sweet and sour sauce pour over top and simmer on low for about an hour, then serve.
