small handful of brown sugar
2 bunches green onions chopped
1/2 green pepper chopped,
1/2 tsp. ginger,
soy sauce
water.

Directions:
Directions:
Cook wings in water in electric fry pan for 1/2 hour, add ingredients. As soy sauce and water reduce, add more. Cook until tender, half to three quarters of an hour.
