1 cedar plank, soaked overnight
2/3 cup sliced almonds
2 tbsp. chopped red onion
2 tbsp. grain mustard
tsp. fresh ground pepper
4 - 8 oz. salmon fillets
2 tbsp. capers
2 tbsp. fresh thyme 2 tbsp. lemon juice tsp. salt


Balsamic Vinegar & Thyme Sauce for salmon:
cup mayonnaise
1 clove garlic
tsp. salt
2 tbsp. balsamic vinegar 2 tbsp. fresh thyme

Directions:
Directions:
Mix last eight ingredients together and pat on top of salmon fillets. Place fillets on cedar plank and grill until fish flakes easily.


Combine ingredients for sauce in food processor. Process until smooth and spoon over grilled salmon and serve.
