Salmon fillets
6 tbsp. butter at room temperature
cup horseradish, squeezed dry
cup bread crumbs
cup white wine or vermouth
1 small onion, diced
tsp. ginger
cup lemon juice tsp. lemon zest


Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400. Place salmon on baking dish, skin side down and cover with wine. Combine other ingredients in food processor, pulse until they form a ball. Spread crust over salmon fillets, about thick. Bake for 15 minutes or when top of fish flakes when pierced with a fork.
