Filets of Salmon
1/4 c maple syrup
4 tsp Dijon mustard
4 tsp coconut aminos ( or soya sauce)

Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 C. Clean and filet your salmon placing it on parchment paper pan. Mix the maple syrup, mustard and coconut aminos together in a bowl. Spread the sauce over the salmon. Cook the salmon 10 min for every inch of the salmon.
