Ingredients:
3 cups of All Purpose Flour
½ teaspoon salt
3 - 4 eggs
1 tsp of olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Place and mix all ingredients together on a wooden table or board. Knead for about 5 minutes. Sprinkle with flour over the board as necessary to keep the dough from sticking. Work until the dough is firm and not so sticky and then into a firm ball and cover with a damp cloth for about a half hour. Then if you have a pasta machine cut off a small piece at a time and feed into the machine and roll until it is very thin and cut into about 12" lengths. If you don't have the machine, just use the rolling pin and roll out the dough until very thin and then cut into strips and the proper length you want. Then spread out all the pieces on the table, cover with a sheet and let dry
