1 lb Ground beef
1 lb ground pork
1lb ground veal
5 slices white sliced bread grind in Food Processor (or you can use Italian breadcrumbs also)
3 ea eggs - slightly beaten
2 tsp salt
4 tbsp olive oil
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp oregano
4-6 cloves of garlic minced
3 tbsp Italian parsley
½ cup grated Parmesan or Romano cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together in mixing bowl (except oil). Form into balls. Place olive oil in deep frying pan, bring to high heat, and add meatballs and brown. Add meat balls to tomato sauce and simmer for at least 3 hours. (I also add Italian sausages and bracioli to sauce.) Before making all the meatballs, take a small amount of meat mixture and fry it up to taste for seasoning, add more if need be(this will be the only time you can do this)
