1 pound linguini
1 cup white wine
1 can anchovy fillets
3 tablespoons of olive oil
4-6 cloves of garlic – chopped
2 tablespoons of fresh chopped Italian parsley
Dried red pepper flakes
Grated parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Bring 2 quarts of water to boil, add salt and pasta cook according to package directions. In a frying pan add olive oil, garlic and anchovies, sauté a couple of minutes until the anchovies melt into the oil, set aside. Drain your pasta but reserve 1 ˝ cups of the water. Pour pasta, water and sauce back into the pot on low heat and cook together for a few minutes, add cheese and parsley.
