1 c Scalded milk
1/3 c Shortening
1/3 c Sugar
2 pkg yeast dissolved in 1/4 c warm water
2 eggs beaten with fork
1 1/2 tsp salt
3 1/2 -4 c flour

Brown Sugar
1c Milk
Cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Put scalded milk, shortening and sugar together
Add dissolved yeast, eggs and salt
Add 1/2 of flour and beat good, then add rest of flour to form dough
Knead on board for 2 minutes
Let rise in warm place until double in size.
Press into bottom of 9x13 pan and let rise again (or make into rolls)
Mix brown sugar, milk and cinnamon together for thick syrup
Pour over dough

Bake 425 degrees until dough is done
