2 eggs
1 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1 c milk
1 c flour

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs slightly with sugar and salt. Add milk and flour and beat until smooth. Heat rosette iron in deep, hot oil, 375 for 2 min. Drain excess oil from iron. Dip iron in batter 1/4" from the top of the iron and dip immediately into the oil. Fry 30 seconds and lift up. Tip upside down to drain. Push off with fork. Reheat iron and repeat. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
