4 tbsp cornstarch
3 tbsp coco powder
1 cup sugar
1 tsp Vanilla
Pinch of salt
3 cups Milk

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix together Cornstarch, coco powder, sugar, vanilla and a pinch of salt. Add 1/2 cup cold milk. Set aside.

2. Bring 2 ˝ cups of milk to a boil & immediately add above mixture. Thicken and put in pie shell or tarts. Top with Whipping cream or other dessert topping.
