Potatoes

Cream
Milk
Grated nutmeg
Salt & pepper

Directions:
Peel and slice potatoes and onions fairly thinly. Grease a low ovenproof dish and place alternate layers of them until all used. Pour in the cream and some milk so as to thin the cream slightly. Season with the pepper and salt and finally with the grated nutmeg.
Place in oven and bake at 180c for about 45 minutes or until the top is nicely browned and the potatoes soft. You could also add some cheese on top if so required.
I haven't given any amounts as you can adjust this to your needs.
Beware this is quite a rich dish.
