4 Skinless Salmon Fillets, 6oz
1 lb Asparagus tough ends trimmed
1 Dill fresh, chopped fresh thyme, rosemary, or parsley
2 Cloves Garlic minced
1 Lemon thinly sliced
Salt & Pepper
2 1/2 tbsp. Olive oil

Preheat oven 400º

Cut 4 sheets aluminum foil about 14 inches long

Divide asparagus into 4 equal portions, about 8 spears per packet in center of each foil piece

In small bowl stir together oil and garlic, Drizzle 1 tsp of oil over asparagus in each portion and sprinkle with salt and pepper

Rinse salmon and allow excess water to run off. Season bottom of each fillet with salt and pepper

Layer salmon over asparagus. Drizzle 1 tsp of olive oil on top of salmon. Season with salt and pepper. Top each fillet with 2 sprigs dill and 2 lemon slices. ( fresh thyme or rosemary 3/4 tsp, parsley 1 1/2 tsp per fillet)

Wrap sides of foil inward over salmon, then fold in top and bottom to enclose

Place pouches in a single layer on a baking sheet.
Bake until cooked through about 25-30 minutes.
