Directions:
Brown meats, strain, add to spaghetti sauce
Cook noodles

Layer:
Half of the meat sauce
Half of the cooked noodles (make sure to overlap noodles- I put one layer length wise and another on top width wise)
Cottage cheese mixture
Half of the Provolone and mozzarella cheeses (shredded)
The other half of the cooked noodles (overlapped again)
The other half of the meat sauce
The other half of the provolone and mozzarella cheeses

Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes. I usually put an aluminum foil cover on it for the first 30 minutes then take it off for the last 15 minutes
