1 T. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 T. sugar
1/2 tsp. ginger
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 c. orange juice
1/4 c. lemon juice
1/4 c. soy sauce
2 T. ketchup
5-7 lb. loin pork roast

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients except pork roast in large size (14"x20") Oven Cooking Bag turning bag gently until well mixed. Place in 12x8x2- inch baking dish. Trim excess fat from pork roast; place in bag. Close bag with nylon tie; marinate several hours in refrigerator. Make 6 half-inch slits in top of bag. Bake at 325º for 2 1/2 to 3 hours or until meat thermometer reads 170º F.

Sometimes I just put all the ingredients in a plastic bag, including meat and place in refrigerator for several hours. Then remove from bag and cook on BBQ.
