Cook until soft:
16 c. (1 gal.) tomatoes, cut into pieces
2 medium onions, chopped
Press through colander.
Add:
1 c. sugar
1/2 to 1 c. vinegar
5 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. curry powder
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
Cayenne and chili powder, to taste

Cook down (simmer) to desired consistency. Pour into sterilized pint jars, seal and process in hot water bath for 5 minutes.
Yield: 10 to 12 pints
