2 10 oz. pkgs. frozen red raspberries
1 c. sugar
2T. lemon juice
1 c. water
4 T. corn starch
1/4 c. cold water
50 large marshmallows
1 c. milk
2 c. whipping cream
1 1/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/4 c. nuts
1/4 c. butter (melted)

Directions:
Directions:
Heat raspberries with 1 c. water, sugar and lemon juice. Dissolve corn starch in cold water (1/4c.). Stir into raspberries and cook until thickened and clear.
Cool.
Melt marshmallows in milk in microwave on low heat. Cool. Whip cream and fold into marshmallow mixture. Mix graham cracker crumbs, nuts and butter. Press firmly into oblong cake pan (9x13). Spread marshmallow mixture over crumbs. Spread raspberry mixture over top. Refrigerate until firm.
