1 large can sliced peaches
1 large can apricots
1 can pineapple chunks
1 can purple plums
1 stick butter
1 cup brown sugar
2 tsp. curry powder

(other fruits may be used.)

Directions:
Directions:
Drain all fruits and arrange in Pyrex dish. Melt butter, add cup of brown sugar, and curry powder. Mix well and pour over fruit. Bake for 45 minutes at 325 degree oven.

Wonderful accompaniment to chicken or ham.
