6 medium red potato
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
6-7 pieces of bacon, cooked & crumbled
3 c. sour cream
2 c. mozzarella cheese
2 c. cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Bake at 400 for 40-45 minutes. Cool pot for 10 - 15 minutes and cut into 1 inch cubes. Mix sour cream, salt, pepper, bacon, and cheeses. Spray 9X13 inch pan. Layer 1/2 c. pot./ half
