1/2 cup plain yogurt, preferably Greek
4 pieces fresh ginger, about the size of a quarter, unpeeled
4 large cloves garlic
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp coarse kosher salt, or sea salt
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp cayenne
1 1/2 pounds skinless, boneless chicken breasts

Directions:
Directions:
Add all items for marinade together. Place chicken breasts in a bowl and spread the marinade over them, coating them thoroughly. Marinade 30 minutes to over night. Grill or bake in oven at 450º.
If baking use a rack in a roasting pan. Baste during first 5 minutes turning half way through so both sides get basted. Continue cooking about 12 minutes more.
