1 c. carrots
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. frozen peas
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/3 c. butter
1 3/4 c. chicken or beef broth
1/3 c. onion
2/3 c. milk
1/3 c. flour
1 1/2 - 2 c. meat
2 small potatoes (opt.)

Directions:
Directions:
Cook onion and butter, stir 1/4 flour, salt, pepper with a whisk. Add milk & chicken broth slowly stirring with a whisk. Let simmer add vegetables (may use frozen or fresh) if adding potato using fresh vegetables cook first. Then add cut up meat. (Meat options include turkey, chicken, pheasant, or deer meat, beef roast or elk roast/steak.) If using beef use beef broth. Cook filling before adding to pie crust. Cook at 425 for 30 minutes or until crust is brown and filling is bubbling.
